PMCL's story began in 1964, when Pasquale Mancuso started a small concrete buisness out of a Parkvale garage in downtown Red Deer. 

His focus was simple: deliver honest, reliable work to the community. From residential sidewalks, driveways, and patios, he soon expanded into commercial curbs, aprons, and large slab projects—building a reputation for craftsmanship and professionalism. In 1990, PMCL entered the industrial sector, providing foundation solutions for Alberta’s growing oil and gas industry. The company continued to grow in both scale and capability, taking on increasingly larger, more complex projects, refining its processes, and upholding the values Pasquale instilled from the very beginning.

More than six decades later, PMCL has grown into a team of hardworking professionals serving clients across Alberta and Western Canada. Though our footprint has expanded, our foundation remains the same: dependable people, quality work, and projects built on trust.
